Performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties for an individual or group of individuals. Assist in all routine administrative and technical day-to-day assignments and prepare and submit technical data and information to support various work activities. Receives incoming mail, sorts, logs and distributes as requires. Types all kinds of correspondence & reports. Receives telephone calls and visitors. Prepares various statistical reports & data analyses. Creates and maintains filing systems & records including files of a confidential nature. Utilize all relevant database management systems & software applications to create an electronic register and maintain a history of all related documents & reports. Keeps reference files and policy manuals up-to-date by adding and deleting obsolete information. Coordinate repairs to office equipment & make requisitions for office stationeries and supplies. Arranges travel itineraries, ticket reservations, travel advances and ticket purchases as required. Collects & maintains inventory of office equipment & supplies as necessary. Provides work direction to concerned employees for an assigned task, as required. Performs any other clerical duties as requested by the Supervisor/Manager.
