Advocates safety culture across the organization. Provides environmental, health, and safety leadership in maintaining a goal of zero incidents, process safety and environmental events within area of responsibility. Supervises all aspect of the fabrication program, including, the upkeep and tooling of the machine and PRD shops, and the qualifications of assigned personnel. Supervises implementation of government, industry and company regulatory requirements as relates to work practices. Develops, reviews, and supervises implementation of maintenance procedures. Submits required reports and KPI’s in a timely fashion. Responsible for manpower management and job execution. Supervises optimization of manpower and other resources. Supervises overtime and ensures accurate time confirmation is maintained. Coordinates with Planning, Maintenance, Operations, and Reliability to meet needs of the plant. Ensures timely completion of CM’s and PMs for responsible areas. Contributes with the development of work packages for the turnaround/shutdowns/outages. Contributes to manpower and resource loading for turnaround. Conducts relevant upfront training for crafts. Performs any other relevant task as directed by Superintendent MS Shop. Minimum Requirements: Education: Two (2) years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Twelve (12) years of experience in Maintenance field preferably in petrochemical sector.
