Assists in operating the environmental programs in compliance. Assists in providing day to day environmental support to plants activities. Monitors Continuous Emission Monitoring data and discuss findings if any. Monitors wastewater/ seawater/ variance lab results and discuss findings if any. Prepares monthly reports for Continuous Emission Monitoring / Flare/ wastewater/ seawater/ variance. Reviews waste disposal invoices and raise SES in SAP for the different area owners for payment processing. Coordinates with outside vendors and resources the required effort for some of the environmental programs such as the stack testing campaigns, Royal commission Audits, waste disposal facility evaluations…. etc. Reviews the stack testing reports for Royal Commission compliance. Prepares hazardous material inventory for RC reporting. Assists with waste management. Supports the environmental needs during turnaround from preplanning, execution, and reporting and workday or night shifts during turnaround period and extra hours as needed. Performs periodic general environmental audits for all process areas in accordance with the schedule and assist with outside audits by the Royal Commission and Corporate. Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude. Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities. Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned. Perform any other relevant task as directed by Superintendent Environmental. Education: Two (2) years Diploma and NEBOSH Certification. Experience: Eight (8) years of experience in similar position.
