Analyzes data gathered from line managers on competencies required and gaps identified. Incorporates profiling tools into the learning needs analysis process. Evaluates business impact of investing in learning needs. Facilitates development of materials in collaboration with content experts for learning programs. Works with business units to develop business case course content. Develops and maintains e-learning content used in internal training. Analyzes external vendors' learning course content, checking for suitability to meet training needs. Selects suitable internal and/or external trainers in consultation with business units. Liaise with internal and external trainers on resources and logistical arrangements. Communicates developed learning courses' schedule and objectives to supervision of assigned areas. Analyzes employee participation rates to complement overall evaluation of learning programs. Develops post-learning feedback forms using learning systems. Trains a multicultural operations staff through classroom and field instruction. Focuses training efforts for job specific certifications which will include training in preparation for the job specific certification, testing participation through the certification process, and facilitation of the testing. Analyzes evaluation scores and effectiveness of learning programs. Performs any other relevant task as directed by Group Lead Training. Minimum Requirements: Education: Two (2) years Diploma. Experience: Five (5) years of experience in similar position
